Press home button on firestick, go all the way over to the right on the middle row to your settings or you can find settings in the top left corner on firesticks that have the updated software… click applications … then click manage installed applications scroll down to the app, click clear cache then click clear data … return to your app, press add playlist, select alternate server L, enter your username, press next. Enter password press next. Scroll to the right and press next. Wait for it to finish processing and then press done. Wait for it to finish processing and you should be back up running.
